SHIPPING POLICY

We use the most cost effective way to ship, so that you the customer will enjoy our great products without having to pay too much for shipping. We also offer FREE SHIPPING (US Residents only) to our customers who spend $50 or more. Once we receive your order process and shipping normally takes 5-7 days total. EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We want you to have the best experience and enthusiasm with The Periy Boutique.

So please read our Exchange and Return policy carefully.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:​

  • If you purchased online please contact us before you return any items to us.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with its original packaging and proof of purchase. We are not responsible for any shipping method you have to pay to return the item to us at this time. 

  • Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 5 days of delivery or from the date purchased in store. We only offer in store or online credit on ALL items purchased from us. We do not offer any Exchanges or Returns on any purchase that was customized/infused.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an notification via email or text message from us when the return or exchange is processed. 

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to us on our contact us page to began an international return or exchange.

  • Items purchased in store must be returned to our store. Items purchased online must be returned through our website on our contact us page.
